Very Good Mahjong for the price

I was a long time user of Activisions Shanghai (I & II) for Mac. This version is a good example of what I was looking for in a Mahjong solitaire game — clean graphics, good tile sets etc. There are a few improvements I would like to see:
1.) Full screen mode
2.) Stereo sound effects — remove a tile on the left and hear it on the left etc.
3.) Master Slayer game play options like the old Shanghai!
4.) Tournament Challenge on tile sets — also like the old Shanghai. How quickly can you get through some (or all) tile sets.
5.) iCloud support for syncing to the iOS version of the game — pick up games on the go etc.
